Our story & philosophy
Founded in 2015, Bali ECO Deli began with a simple idea. We wanted to serve genuinely good food that respects both people and the planet. Our focus is on fresh ingredients and balanced recipes. We believe food should feel good to eat. This means no unnecessary processing and no shortcuts. This philosophy makes us a top choice for vegetarian and vegan-friendly food in Nusa Lembongan.

Sustainability in practice
Running a business on a small island brings unique responsibilities.
Bali ECO Deli is a founding member of a local recycling initiative. We help collect street waste daily and send recyclables off the island.
We also use practical green solutions on-site.
We compost organic waste and minimize all packaging. Our facility features a wastewater garden system. Most importantly, we use over 20 kWp of solar panels with battery storage. This significantly reduces our reliance on the island’s power grid which is produced by diesel generators.
